Fleet Electrification Project:
GRant Transit authority
Grant Transit Authority – Zero Emission Fleet Transition Plan
Client: Grant Transit Authority (GTA)
Location: Grant County, WA
Microgrid Labs is working with Planning Communities, to provide services to Grant Transit Authority, for the agency’s zero emission fleet transition plan

MGL participated in the Grant Transit Authority (GTA) Zero Emission Fleet Transition Plan project to identify and develop the necessary infrastructure required to support GTA’s conversion to a zero-emission fleet. Working closely with the North Carolina-based consulting firm Planning Communities, MGL developed a battery electric vehicle service model to identify vehicle needs, power requirements, and locations for both depot and on-route opportunity charging. The battery service model was developed for GTA’s transit and paratransit services.
